Hired them for my daughter's sweet 16. My main contact was Xiomara. She was fantastic! Also dealt with Jerry and he was actually equally good. Super accommodating. The quality of the photos were top notch. I would definitely hire them again for any event/recommended them to others. I rented the super booth and they brought props plus the ones I added. Extremely professional!

We had this photo booth at our wedding last week and it was great. Pretty much everyone utilized it multiple times. The reason I am giving three stars is because the girl who was operating it, was not very professional. She stood behind the booth a majority of the time texting on her cell phone instead of tending to the guests. She didn't seem interested in being there (I guess because it was a Friday night?). A few of our guests said she told them they could only use the outside portion when I was told it would be inside & outside. The people I dealt with via email seemed nice and helpful. My fiance and I were looking for photo booths for our wedding and were both blown away by the OUTSTANDING customer service provided by Jerry, owner of Snap Away. He unfortunately was booked for our event, but promised to contact another vendor who has the same high-quality, two-camera photo booth to see if HE had availability, and then actually went out of his way to call me back to let me know that alas, the other guy was booked too. :-( But then, even knowing that we were not going to be able to use his services, Jerry spent another several minutes on the phone with me letting me know what to look for in terms of picture quality, printer speed, pop-up booths vs. real... read full review
