I’m very happy with the air conditioning technician’s work. He was professional, punctual, and very clean while working. He replaced my old unit with a new one, and everything went smoothly. His prices were reasonable, which I really appreciated. I highly recommend him—100%. Excellent service!
CL Frozen Heating & Air Conditioning/HVAC was a referral from a family member. This company is like having a good friend who knows everything about air conditioners. We wanted to write this review in November 2024 when Claudio, the technician, first came out right away to troubleshoot and give us an estimate to fix our AC unit around Thanksgiving weekend. His prompt response was a testament to the company's reliability. He was very patient, courteous, and professional. He performed the requested diagnostic on our AC unit, explained the situation and our options, took photos, and wrote up notes. They performed the work with respect for our house, keeping all areas clean during and after the job. How they run the business reminds me of what it must be like helping your neighbor. I am so grateful to have found them, and you will be too! We were lucky to find them and will use them whenever we need service or refer them to anyone we know in the future.
