I am extremely disappointed with my experience at Svelta Plastic Surgery. It has been over 5 months and I still have not received my refund despite repeated follow-ups and excuses. Communication has been very inconsistent, and I constantly feel like I am being run around instead of helped.
On top of that, I am unhappy with the results of my BBL procedure. My surgical cut/incision is also not healing properly, which has caused me a lot of stress and concern. I trusted this office with my body and my health, and the experience has been very frustrating and emotionally draining.

Svelta Plastic Surgery has been amazing to me from day one. My coordinator, Sophia, guided my sister and me every step of the way and is still there for us even now, always answering our questions.
I truly couldn't have chosen a better surgeon-Dr. Robinson is incredible. From pre-op to surgery day to post-op, everything went smoothly and exceeded my expectations.
If you're looking for an honest, caring, and professional place, I highly recommend them. They are truly great!
