Nataly was unprofessional and gave me false information.

I'm going to need to contact doctor Perez directly, but today I had a horrible experience with this clinic. I have been a client for more than 6 years and unfortunately this is the first time they have a receptionist that gives false information, and on top of that pops off on me.

This is in regards to traveling with a cat to another country. It was important that I got correct information as to when my cat could fly but Nataly confidently told me false information. She told me I have to wait 28 days plus 10 days before I can travel with my pet after getting the rabbies vaccine, but that was not true it's 21 days after the rabies vaccination. Also you can travel within 10 days when you get the certificate, you dont have to wait an extra 10 days. Ive traveled with my cats to and from the US to a different country many times so she should know that the 10 day wait period is anytime within that time frame not after. This information was crucial because my Mom needed to bring her cat to travel to another country or else I have a family member in another country who would have been alone on Christmas. Nataly stressed us out by saying our cat wouldn't be able to fly until January which is not true because 21 days from now is December 16 and if I get the certificate within 10 days after that my Mom and cat will for sure make it by Christmas. She said she's been doing this job for a while now and knows what she is talking about but she clearly didn't and gave me false information confidently and stressed all of us out.
She also told me to go to another clinic, which I'll do from here on.

Terrible hotel terrible hotel there are better hotels they have changed me to a second room and the frozen refrigerator I was barely able to put my food to cool my room is currently 205B tammy cancio
