Royal Flush Plumbing (Silvio) arrived about an hour after I called and worked from 4:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m. on Saturday, December 27, 2025.

After several hours of troubleshooting, he diagnosed a sticking check valve and installed 20 feet of PVC inside the well casing, along with a new check valve and fittings. The job required two trips to Home Depot due to casing clearance issues.

Silvio was professional and courteous throughout. When he mentioned his $125/hour rate, my heart skipped a beat ?, but we were desperate to restore water—especially with our granddaughter visiting. The issue was fixed, and the final bill was $780.13.

We recently had our water heater replaced and our shower faucet worked on, and they did an amazing job! Very professional, very knowledgeable, and excellent service! I will definitely call on them again and recommend to my friends! Ask for Sylvio, you won't regret it!
