I was referred here by my surgery center for medical clearance. I was seen very prompt everything went great thanks to Eileen. I was cleared for my surgery, I did not have to call and harass them to send any of my documents over it was done right away.

I used this care center for surgical clearance for a breast u/s . I was referred here by my surgical center. I was seen quickly. It was professional and a good experience in the facility. I want to commend and thank Eileen who helped me by emailing my results to me. We had difficulty getting the email to come through but she remained nice, calm and professional. She was awesome. Thank you!
