They saved me a lot of time and effort I got to the store at 5:02pm when they were already supposed to be closed. But Rob stayed to help me out with my purchase. Just that in itself is rare to find at any supply house. Also they were the only supply house that n south Florida at this time that had a working lift. I was very pleased with my whole experience.

* ? % CUSTOMER SERVICE , on 6/24 I entered this store to purchase a Condenser Fan Motor 1/4 HP. I’m a handyman homemaker, still unemployed due to COVID. So I do All around Home. That said my old Motor had only three cables , the New motor has four cables, and needed another capacitator, as simple as that sounds I’m NOT a technician, so got somewhat complicated. So I had the LUCK ? to be helped by “ ROBERTO C. “ he smiled and said NO PROBLEM.. While Multitasking , on phone and other clients, he got a white sheet and DREW a diagram on the connection procedure. I was so thankful to ROBERTO C. , I arrived home followed the instructions and my A/C is running BEAUTIFULLY.....read full review
