I have been visiting Rafe Lugo for over 1 year now. He is such a perfectionist and does amazing work with hair. I also use his entire hair line and has made my hair look wonderful. Rafe's talent transcends both short and long hairstyles, and without fail, I'm always met with the question, 'Who cuts your hair?' His skills are truly amazing, and I can't recommend him enough. I made an appointment for Rafa Lugo and was there today for the first time. I tell you the professional experience I got the minute I walked in Alejandro greeted me asked me my name from Rafa greeted me while doing a client's hair to the two assistants there . I got in looking dead to coming out alive. I totally trusted him with color hair cut style. Definitely returning for roots in 6 weeks. Highly recommend. I got the Cowboy Copper great for the season.Services: Blowouts
