FIRST CLASS in all ways. Super quick to respond and a company that genuinely cares about their customers. Rafael and Pedro both came to help us when our AC went out- they greeted our entire family with kindness, authenticity and service. We truly feel like we could call them directly if we needed help. If you are in the Miami area and need AC maintenance or repair- there is absolutely NO ONE better. They are prompt, efficient and the ultimate professionals- we feel like they are people we can count on!
This gentlemen is one of the best technician I’ve ever dealt with, punctual, professional, and most of all efficient. My AC failed while my 94 year old grandmother was staying with me. He treated my grandmother very nicely and all of us to.
This company is absolutely amazing. The service is great. Rafael is extremely knowledgeable and helpful. He helped me solve my issue with my unit and knew exactly what the problem was while others who had checked the unit had been misdiagnosing. They are very honest and show they truly care for you as a customer. They are also extremely reliable, prompt and punctual. All around great service. Ten out of ten. Highly recommend!!!!
