If you are in a market for a great clinic or dentist clinic that puts patients first this is Not,Not, I repeat this is NOT NOT the clinic you want to choose. They are unprofessional. I highly, highly recommend that you DO Not, Do Not, bring your loved one to this clinic. Long wait time, multiple appointments for one service, call one department and get another, scheduled an appointment and you will receive another call to scheduled the same appointments, what I have just listed, described will be some of your experiences if you choose this clinic for any service. PLEASE, PLEASE DON'T COME HERE!

Terrible, they serve Latinos too and almost no one speaks Spanish. None of the receptionists speak Spanish

If I could give a negative star I would. Giving one star is generous. The staff is unprofessional laughing and talking about people in creole. Customer service is a minus one. The care and quality is void!!! I run an orthopedic facility and would die if my staff was so unprofessional and unfriendly. Staff members walking around eating their lunch dropping crumbs. The waiting area is nasty and unkept. My brother who is the patient (first time visiting) has been asking for his identification and insurance card back for 30 minutes and the receptionist keeps brushing him off telling him she still has to scan it. It takes seconds to scan cards. I've been in the healthcare administration industry for well over 10 years and this is by far the worst facility I've seen. Will definitely be looking for someplace else for my family to go. We haven't even seen the doctor yet and I'm already ready to go!!!!

Extremely unprofessional staff. I received a charge on my credit card for $2,075.80. It was a clear case of fraud as I've never visited this medical care center and know nothing about it. I called and emailed the center dozens of times and was consistently given the excuse that no manager is available.It was charged on August 10, 2023.Merchant name: Primary Medical Community Health CenterAddress: 11500 NW 7th Avenue, Miami FL
