Manager Alex charged us for the battery of a mower. I brought the mower in for problems with the starter ( warranty work 1 year and 10 months) . I got stuck in the back yard with mower dead. I jumped the mower tractor with a bigger mower tractor and didn’t start. I loosened the hydraulic system to push mower tractor up ramp to trailer. I brought it to the shop (Power Mowers) Next day got a call to pick up mower tractor, but I’m paying shop fee, 1/2 hour labor and $70 battery. I never received a call regarding battery status or replacement. I paid $145. Regardless of whether I wanted replacement or not when I showed up work was done. Fancy website but thats where it ends. Placed a parts order on Monday morning and here it is Thursday morning. NEVER received a conformation that they even got my order. I called today they tell me its on its way to their place but do not know when they will receive it. This a terrible way to run a internet business. This means that are only a paper handler and do not stock the parts even though they claimed they were on stock. Folks if you need a part soon and want good communication from a company this is not where you need to order. Save yourself some grief and go with a reputable company. I should have seen the 3 star review from over 500 reviews before I ordered....read full review
This is a horrible company. They also are involved in some sort of scam where they tell you they’ve shipped stuff. Create a label after it’s taken two months to get the part then they don’t ship it to your house. It ends up in Atlanta when I ordered it to Woodstock, it never came to my house and then it also says the someone in Atlanta picked it up at the post office so if you do business with this company, you will probably be ripped off. This isn’t the first time this is the second time it happened to me a year ago the nice lady that answers the phone is the most pleasant.
