Fancy website but thats where it ends. Placed a parts order on Monday morning and here it is Thursday morning. NEVER received a conformation that they even got my order. I called today they tell me its on its way to their place but do not know when they will receive it. This a terrible way to run a internet business. This means that are only a paper handler and do not stock the parts even though they claimed they were on stock. Folks if you need a part soon and want good communication from a company this is not where you need to order. Save yourself some grief and go with a reputable company. I should have seen the 3 star review from over 500 reviews before I ordered....read full review
This is a horrible company. They also are involved in some sort of scam where they tell you they’ve shipped stuff. Create a label after it’s taken two months to get the part then they don’t ship it to your house. It ends up in Atlanta when I ordered it to Woodstock, it never came to my house and then it also says the someone in Atlanta picked it up at the post office so if you do business with this company, you will probably be ripped off. Very pleased with their customer service. I ordered a husqvarna part from them that was seriously constrained on back order from the manufacturer. I was unable to wait until June and they issued me a full refund the first time I called them. Other providers I’ve done business with refused to refund my money until the order shipped and I returned it to them. Customer service based in America is the best!!!
