I want to thank t there customer service i been coming here for more then 5 years.Rashon,Ludwim,Iman always great me with a smile . Very clean gym . The cleaning lady azucena and melly always have the gym really clean and the restroom.

Planet Fitness is great for the price. I just wish they would put one on beachside. Sunny Isles, Miami Beach, somewhere so that I don't have to go over the bridge... Or, at least on Biscayne and not so far west.
Update* Thank you for the reply. I understand rents are higher on this side. I would be willing to pay a bit more for the convenience, and I'm sure many others would as well.

I love it but there are some things they have to include and improve To motivate more... they don't have trainers, they don't give Zumba, the beds and massage chairs must be hygienic, you stand up and with the other person's sweat you go to bed . They must sell a small kit of sheets or something to cover them. Anyone who knows about hygiene will understand me and buy it.
Even if they are paid something extra...the coaches are greatly needed. Sometimes there are many people who want to train but due to lack of knowledge we can learn. For that reason I canceled my account.
