In 2024, I was tired of wasting my time at doctor offices with my health issues being ignored. So, I did some research and decided to do my annual physical at PCC North Miami. It has been almost two years, and I can confidently say that this is the best health clinic to be a patient. PA Magalie Samson is thorough and leaves no room for confusion. If you are not sure about your test results, recent and current diagnostics, holistic options, referrals, etc. she is the PA for you. This place has become woefully understaffed, and it appears that coorporate is not addressing patients concerns. My Neurologist sent a request for a test and weeks later they have not sent the order reqested to my radiology office, nor the referral for my visit with him. I already missed my hand surgeon appt for the same reason. Now um just stuck waiting for stuff that should have been done weeks ago cuz referrrals are out sourced, man come on this is BS. I've never seen such rediculousness in my life. Today just about everybody i saw there was complaining about referral request, thats just nuts. This company has got to get it together, or um gone.

I have been a patient for 22 years since I relocated to florida. Dr.Chin and his staff is very compassionate, professional and competent. They call to follow up on you. Very thorough and refer you to excellent specialists. Highly recommended
