What a great experience. My wife needed a haircut and a blowout, we called a day ahead, and were greeted by a very sweet person who scheduled our appointment for the next day.
We arrived 5 minutes before hand, and our master was already waiting for us.
Parking was right out front, in their reserved parking spots, very convenient!
They offered us a selection of drinks, and made the whole entire experience very pleasant, thoughtful, and special!
I highly recommend this salon to anyone looking for either of their services.
Had the best experience so far in the U.S. at Paloma Arenal salon. The owner, Paloma, is super nice and welcoming, and the whole team is amazing.
My stylist Yadir did an incredible job I’m honestly still in shock with how good everything turned out.
Everyone in the salon was so kind and professional. Even though I don’t speak Spanish, it was not an issue at all and everything went really smoothly.
And I have to say - the mimosas definitely helped make the experience even better and contributed to the best possible result. I’m really impressed.
I can’t say enough good things about Paloma Arenal Salon & Spa! I recently visited for a much-needed hair refresh and the results were absolutely stunning—the stylists here are true artists who really listen to what you want. The atmosphere is chic and welcoming, making it the perfect escape right in the heart of Miami. Just a suggestion if you truly want to improve customer experience while booking at your salon.
