Honestly, this company has had not only a solid reputation for high quality craftsmanship and professional installation for decades in South Florida...but their honest communication with customers is what always sells me. I have been using these guys for years and have never had an issue to date. I would recommend them in a heart beat.

Robert really came to my rescue. I bought an indoor/outdoor rug for our dining room and it was too big. In one day Robert resized the rug and did a great job. It was not easy, either, because the synthetic material just wanted to unravel. He happened to have the perfect binding material. I took the rug into Robert in the morning, and by afternoon had a perfectly sized rug back down on my dining room floor. Thanks so much, Robert!
