My recent encounter with Palmetto Bay Air Conditioning can only be described as a complete nightmare. From start to finish, this company demonstrated a shocking level of incompetence and negligence that left me utterly frustrated and deeply dissatisfied. I feel compelled to share my review to warn others about the appalling service and exorbitant costs associated with this company. It all began when our AC broke down in the scorching month of June. I was very happy with my installation everything went as planned there were no hidden fees after the job I will recommend this company to my friends family and Neighbors

Total rip-off, quoted me $3,500 for the same job another guy fixed for $260. guy told me my compresor was unfixable. Guess what? soo is a bad reputation.
