I have been giving this specific locations many opportunities to prove the contrary but the lack of transparency in prices and the shady way they conduct business it’s really upsetting. This week the cost of a regular shirt dry cleaning went to $13.50 … two weeks ago they charged me $8, one year ago $7 … I never found a way to understand or know their prices in advance. Ridiculous

Nasty customer service from start to finish. I attempted to drop off 6 items (3 pairs of pants, 2 shirts, and a sport coat) on Thursday morning after being told the night before it would take 3 business days. I specifically asked if that meant I could pick everything up on Monday. Nope. Apparently they don’t count Saturdays or the day you drop it off, so the earliest pickup was Tuesday at 5 PM.
When I pointed out that sounded more like 5 days than 3, I was just told again that it’s “3 business days.” No explanation, no effort to help, just “I can’t help you.” (FYI I also offered to pay extra to expedite).

Oxxo burned a work shirt of mine. Pick up machine doesn’t work won’t be repaired. Outrageous prices. $15 for pants and $8 for a men’s shirt. Store location opens at 9 totally inconvenient if you work for a living. Their phone is disconnected. Stay away. Don’t do business here. Take your business and clothes elsewhere.
