OXXO Cleaners that Care

OXXO cleaners have bad business practices. I will be writing to the Better Business Bureau. I stopped using them for dry cleaning. They tag EVERY single item with “clothing is defective” to remove all liability when they damage your clothes. This occurred even when I bring in simple dress shirts that are brand new out of the store packaging. When I brought this up to the manager of the store on Biscayne and 20th, she became argumentative and dismissive. Their prices are also the highest in the region. I’ll be looking for a new cleaners that’s not trying to scam their customers.

* Disclaimer - this happened two months ago, but I didn't have the time to write a review. I finally had time and I'm warning everyone about this place. At the end of September, my wife, 10 month old son, and I had a tripped planned to Spain for a close friend's wedding. I had a jacket that had the inner lining that needed repair, so, I brought the jacket into this Oxxo location. I requested for the jacket to be repaired and the attendant said that I could pick it up in a week. It was cutting it close, because I was leaving the day I was able to pick up the jacket, but I figured I can go in the morning to pick up with time to head to the airport in the afternoon. I do not recommend anyone use this place. They ruined a pair of expensive pants of mine - the manager is literally HORRIBLE. He was supposed to call me for three weeks I had to keep calling the store. Then I went into the store and the lady up front called him and he told me the pants were ruined because of the "use" and not their fault and there was nothing he could do for me. He was so rude idk how this guy even has a job yet along a manager position. Do NOT take any expensive clothes here ever
