I have been taking my clothes for dry cleaning and alterations at Om Sai for a couple of years and my experiences have always been amazing. The staff is friendly, helpful, and professional. Work is always turned around quickly and they are very accomodating if you need a piece expedited. Woul definetly recommend!

I’m writing this review in hopes that you see this because I’m not sure how else to contact you. It is 3 PM and I am here to pick up my clothes that you told me you weren’t gonna be ready until today. I am leaving on Monday when she will be closed then and I need those clothes for a trip. I’m going on. Is there anyway I can pick them up before Monday at 2 PM? Thank you! You said you would put a button on my shorts for free and I am coming to pick up a floral dress. Please respond to this comment. I really need that dress!

I am writing because I'm trying to reach out to you. I dropped off some shorts yesterday and I came to pick up some clothes and you said they wouldn't be ready until today. I just was at the dry cleaners and it's closed before the closing time and you will be closed on Monday and Tuesday but I leave on Tuesday and really need those clothes for my trip. Please respond to this so we can figure something out. You're not answering the phone and I'm not sure how else to contact you. Thank you.
