This place is hands down the worst cleaners. I have had multiple gourmets damaged by them. I’ve had gourmets repaired and they have come back with the repairs not done but the last time took the cake. I had a 200 dollar shirt lose a button so i had them remove a button from somewhere else on the shirt and replace it. They took the button off and lost it, then proceeded to put a random button on the shirt that didn’t match. They admitted to losing the button and not being able to find the correct replacement button and took 4 months to tell me they were not replacing the shirt and they would give me a $50 credit for their services. Picking up my dry cleaning was very difficult, as I work all day, and your kiosk machine is broken. This needs to be fixed!
Once I found the time to get in to the store, the service was excellent.

Drop off 1 dress last weds, the lady says it can be done earliest following Tuesday. Almost a week. I asked if it’s possible for Monday and she agreed but said pick up would have to be between 5-6pm. When we arrived at the store 5:37 they had already closed for the day?!!
