I was contacted by Freddy which is the manager for this location. He had reviewed my history and truly apologized for my experience. We had worked with him in the past but he wasn't a manager then and we remembered he did take care of us well in one of our instances. He promised he over see our experience and make sure were stay happy. That is amazing customer retention. Look forward to our ongoing relationship.

Thank goodness for Orkin and Joaquin Sousa. I was having a termite problem and Mr Sousa explained all my options and the pros and cons of each. I preferred not tenting the house and he explained the benefits of other treatments they had to get rid of the termites. Orkin resolved the problem with the termites and I am a very happy customer.

I ordered an inspection with Orkin and they sent out Joaquin Sousa. Joaquin was so informative and helpful. During the inspection he walked around my property giving me tips and reasons why I am having pest issues and the sources behind it. He was all set and ready to leave until I had an emergency that needed to be resolved in the attic. I asked if he could please go back into the attic and he did without any hesitation. He ended up fixing the problem. I offered to pay him and he did not accept.He was just happy he could help. I almost got the service but decided to skip it for now and he understood.I definitely recommend Joaquin for an inspection.He is a great person... read full review
