Just left today, 4/4/20, and they did the impossible. I had a white linen shirt ($200+) that had blood on it and I could not get the stain out. I was about to throw the shirt out and decided instead to gamble the couple dollars to have them try. The owner told me she had to clean the shirt three times to finally get it out! Amazing job, they went the extra effort, and didn’t even ask for more money, which I would of paid.

I’ve been going to them since 2011/12 and have always received good service but this one put it over the top since I had a big issue.

Their text system is great and notifies me when my clothing is ready.

I havent had issues with the drycleaning, their customer service is horrible but thats just the norm around Westchester these days. No one knows how to treat customers and customers dont know how they should be treated, yet theres a Tip Jar everywhere you go.
