They will up charge you for stuff and charge wrong price. Board says it’s $4 for design $40 for gel fill 40$ for deluxe pedicure +$10 for gel polish. I got 5 designs and a eyebrow wax they charged me $140.00 my feet was $50 $40 plus 5 designs should have been 60$ then eyebrow $10 should have been $120 they charged me $140. Make sure you price everything before you let them do you stuff other then that’s love it

Went to Nails by Nancy to get my brows waxed and got burned with the wax. I didn’t realize that I was burned until I started feeling stinging along the brown line. I called Nancy to let her know that she burned me, she simply said to apply Neosporin or Vaseline and that I must have been sensitive to the wax. Meanwhile , I get my brows waxed often. No apology or anything.

Bad service and did not take accountability for burning me.
