I got my nails done here about 2 weeks ago and they still look perfect! Jillian was nice and she works fast which is a plus bc im super impatient. Nice to find a place who does nails well at a decent price.

I came in for a gel mani and pedi and both services were rough and disappointing. The first technician aggressively removed my gel polish and hurt me twice without apologizing. The second burned me with the drill, thinned out my nails, and left bumps and crumbs in the gel. The quality was poor, and I doubt it will last anywhere near 2–3 weeks.

They are extremely rude and slow. I asked for pedicure and made appointment ahead of time, ended up waiting half an hour regardless and didn’t even get it done properly (the nail polish all come off). When I came back after 8min out and it all messed up in my shoes they said I was not supposed to wear shoes for 2 hours, even thought they saw me taking shoes off and gave zero warning… no apology.

I would not recommend this place to anyone unless you know exactly who will be doing your nails and they’ve done them before. I have been getting a gel manicure every 3-4 weeks for the last 10 years and this was the worst experience. My appointment was at 4. At 4:10 I asked how much longer and they said 2 minutes. At 4:15 i got sat and sat there for another few minutes before anyone came. They then took my gel off and disappeared for another 10 minutes. I had to ask her to fix my shape because it was so uneven and honestly just bad. I gave up asking her to fix it because at this point I had been there almost an hour and just wanted to leave. she started painting my nails and every nail she ended up having to clean up with her own nail because she was getting it all over my cuticle. In the end it’s still on my cuticle despite her efforts. My nails aren’t even shiny. I ended up leaving at 5:30. I have never sat in a nail salon for an hour and a half for a simple gel manicure with no design/french/chrome.
Other people seemed to have a good experience but honestly I wouldn’t recommend unless you know specifically who you’re going to.
There’s nothing you guys can really do to fix it because I leave for vacation for 3 weeks so this is really just a warning to other people who are thinking of coming for the first time

I’m really disappointed with my experience today at Nail Culture. I waited over 45 minutes while a guest who arrived after me was taken first. I came in for two simple services — a gel manicure and pedicure with a French tip — and even then, there was a period where we couldn’t get clarity on something as basic as the base color for a classic French look.
I understand it’s Art Week and likely a busy time, but the way I was treated didn’t feel considerate or organized. Overall, I left feeling unsatisfied with the service and won’t be going back.
