Hello, I have been a customer for a while now. I love the suites and the place is gorgeous with a beautiful waiting salon. I go here often. However, I have to say the restrooms are disgusting! They are unhygienic and the restrooms are full of urine everywhere with toilet paper on the floor. This is disappointing for such a gorgeous place and a loyal customer.
