DO NOT TRUST THIS GROOMER. My dog was injured during a grooming and the groomer did not share that it happened. He simply handed my dog to me in my arms saying nothing, so it wasn't until after he left and I put my dog on the ground to walk that I noticed he was limping and very out of it. I contacted the office to find out what happened and they have yet to share any updates with me 3 days later even after multiple photos, a $330 vet visit, and follow up messages since. It seems they may filter through a call center, so even though the person that answered the phone was very nice - they had absolutely no authority or access to information to share details to resolve the issue and I haven't heard from management at all. In addition to the injury, I suspect the groomer may have given my dog something because he was VERY out of it. Whatever you do STAY AWAY FROM MIAMI PET GROOMING.

Jocelyn did a fantastic job with my sweet Ragdoll kitty. His fur is very hard to deal with and gets matted very easily if he’s not brushed everyday. She got all the matts off and left him clean and fresh. He seemed just fine when she returned him to me so he mush have not been scared or upset through the grooming process. She obviously was very sweet with him and patient. I told her to take her time and she did, she did a fantastic job.

There’s nothing bad to say about Miami’s Pet Grooming but specially about Jose F. Jose is an amazing person not only has groomer but as a human being, he is sweet, caring, treats our Layla like the princess she is. He is the BEST!

José has been grooming all 6 of our fur babies for years. I have referred him to my family members whom also groom with him. He’s the family groomer and we are so thankful for the love and attention he gives our babies. Jose is extremely accommodating, kind, patient, and loving to our babies. We have 6 in our home alone but between cousins and the rest of the clan we’re about 10 dogs and we love Jose 🥰

Jose has been our trusted groomer for the past 5 years at least. we met him when he started grooming our senior dog chip who has since gone on to doggy heaven and we trust him with our new pup Teddy who gives him a hard time on occasion. He's always been nothing but caring and loving with our fur babies and recommend him whenebr we can with no reservations.
