We are experienced commercial landlords, and this was a large project costing over $70,000. This company installed four new commercial Trane AC units for us. To be fair, the units were installed — which is why I am leaving 2 stars instead of 1. They did not steal from me, strictly speaking.
But everything after installation has been a disaster. All four units have had ongoing problems, and under their contract, they were supposed to provide one year of warranty service. Respectable and fast working. the guys over there are fantastic and I called to get my air service because of the spike of heat they gave me a date and time and showed up 15 minutes earlier than expected. they fully took care of my central unit as well as performed a duct cleaning. I truly recommend giving them a call!
I had a service request from Miami mechanical contractors for my Airbnb, and they were so on point with timing and making me comfortable with my million & one questions I had to ask. I am sorry guys!! I feel as though I may have tormented them a little but other than that they are fantastic!!!!! I will truly recommend.
