I had a great experience with Dr. Kaufman. He’s amazing, truly knows his craft, and did an incredible job with my surgery. I’m very happy with my results and grateful for his expertise and care.
Unfortunately, the coordinators assigned to me were unresponsive. They rarely replied to my messages or reached out, which I found very unprofessional.
On the other hand, the call center and general texting line were outstanding. They always answered my questions promptly and were willing to help resolve any issues. Today I’m 1 Week Post Op From Lipo360 BBL With Dr. Nassif From Start To Finish Everything Went Well For Me Only Thing I Didn’t Like Was The Long Wait Time I Did PreOp & Surgery The Same Day I Was Scheduled For 7:30am Then 8:30am But Didn’t Have Surgery Until 2pm So Ladies Just Be Mindful Of The Long Wait Times But I Was Happy To Meet Dr. Nassif & Was Able To Tell Him What I Wanted He’s Very Sweet & Honest I Also Love How Nice & Respectful His Team Is If I Ever Do A Round 2 I’ll Be Back Depending On How My Final Results Look .
Smells so good as soon as you walk in, everything is so clean , the ladies are busy but super nice & sweet. I love that Dr.Nassif is 100% honest with his patients but he is the sweetest person !! Answered all my questions & the staff overall are really great!
I do wish we were able to show inspo pictures to dr.nassif and i don’t like that even though they say we get a free faja, we really don’t.. but other than that my experience was really good!
