Miami Life Center is an incredible, authentic yoga studio that I highly recommend to anyone looking to practice yoga in Miami. The community is very welcoming. The teachers are all phenomenal and I love the variety of classes and workshop MLC offers. Some of my favorite classes are Rocket with Paige, Mysore with Joseph, Vinyasa Wind down with Shannon, Friendly Ashtanga with Silvana, and Yin with Te, however all of the offerings are wonderful!
This studio is mainly dedicated to teach the practice of asanas with traditional Astanga method. All clases are great and there is room from beginners to advanced Ashtanga practitioners. For me the Rocket sessions with Nena are the highlight of my week.
I’ve been practicing yoga at Miami Life Center for over a year now, and honestly, the sense of community I’ve found here is something I haven’t experienced anywhere else.
I wanted to leave this review because usually people only write reviews when something goes wrong, but in this case, it’s the complete opposite. Everything I’ve experienced here has been positive and full of growth and learning.
