Mia at the front desk was very attentive to my needs and asked great follow up questions to help find me the relief I needed in my upper back and neck, and also after the session when describing what the therapist recommended for me going forward.
Irena, the therapist, was also fantastic. She listened to my problem and seemed very educated on the anatomical aspects. The session was great and she definitely knew what she was doing. I ended up signing up for the membership after my experience here.
My massage therapist, Herci, was amazing!!!! Her technique and pressure are perfect! Parking at the shopping center is ample and free. The only issue was that the a/c in the rooms seemed not to be working well and it was a bit stuffy and warm in the massage room.
I visited this Massage envy location a couple of days ago for my birthday and my experience was spectacular. I had a massage and a facial and I left the place soooo relaxed, thanks to Chaneli and Rosana, the ladies that took care of me. Also the staff is very nice and explained everything to me perfectly.
