The people that come to classes are lovely as well, so the overall atmosphere is very welcoming. Having teachers that really care to see your improvement coupled with students that are excited to learn makes this a great martial arts school and a nice place to come to every week.“

4603 SW 75th Ave, Miami“My son needed help training for the naval academy fitness exam, Jon Paul not only helped him reach his target numbers and pass the exam, he also helped him lose 40 lbs in 6 months with training, meal prep coaching, and supplemental workout routines in between training sessions that he could do own his own. He kept my son motivated and helped him see his hard work pay off. Extremely easy to coordinate and schedule with and a pleasure to work with. Exceptional trainer, highly recommend!“

She teaches my daughter both karate and self-defense techniques, always with patience and enthusiasm. The dojo itself is a friendly and nurturing environment where kids feel supported, build confidence, and truly enjoy learning. Highly recommend!“

We didn't speak the same language but the kindness he showed me and how he would find a way to connect with me to show me the combo or to tell keep my hands up in sparring was surreal. He cares for each of his students like none other. Forever will call this place home. Also world champions are tranning out of this dojo.“

“I can never explain in words how this place made me felt. So I'm going to take my time to make my statement about this place. This has got to be the best Martial Arts gym I ever went to period. We treat each other like family and good friends. Everybody has a great character and personality and they want to train as hard as you do. And the atmosphere/environment is great. They can be strict, but that's the whole point of true discipline that other martial arts gyms lack, but despite them being like drill sergeants, they still care a lot about everyone in the gym and still have heart. The workouts are great, it really gets your heart moving and it gives you the struggle you need to have a great and challenging workout. My high school, MLMP recommended me this gym and they recommended the Coaches to accept me without tryouts needed and they immediately accepted me. Even though I've missed most days, I'm lucky I haven't got kicked out lol. But even then, I would deeply regret myself not going here, because going here has been a thrilling experience. Keep in mind, the workouts are very hard, you'll want to quit, but the moment you quit, you'll start to regret not coming here. This gym isn't for everyone, this gym is for others who thrive on seeking progress and improvement, and they'll push you to become the best person you can be in physical standards, mentally and through character. If you wanted to join the United States Military, but scared of Hell Week, I would suggest go here instead lol. Plus, this isn't your ordinary martial arts gym, this is a whole facility built to mold you to become a great fighter. After going to a mcdojo once in the past, this is nowhere near a mcdojo, this is an actual genuine place. Out of every Martial Arts gym I went to or ever will go to, I would recommend this martial arts gym out of all of them. This place is built around genuine efficiency when it comes to learning JiuJitsu, Kickboxing, and Wrestling. AIM FOR GREATNESS!“
