I can never explain in words how this place made me felt. So I'm going to take my time to make my statement about this place. This has got to be the best Martial Arts gym I ever went to period. We treat each other like family and good friends. Everybody has a great character and personality and they want to train as hard as you do. And the atmosphere/environment is great. They can be strict, but that's the whole point of true discipline that other martial arts gyms lack, but despite them being like drill sergeants, they still care a lot about everyone in the gym and still have heart. I’ve been training at art in motion for over half a year now and can truly say it’s my second home. I felt so welcomed by the team when I first started, and they quickly became family. All the coaches strive to make us better every day, not just in jiu-jitsu, but also talk a lot about how to grow and become a better person through the process of learning martial arts. I’m incredibly grateful to be a part of the team!
