My family was visiting Miami for spring break and I decided to stop in and check out the academy. The facility is big with plenty of mat space as well as a dedicated gym and an Acai bar. Everyone is super friendly and the classes are run well by top notch instructors. You will not be disappointed if you want to train here or are looking for a spot to drop in on and train if you are visiting.

Thank you from California!We traveled for a youth wrestling clinic to Fight Sports the Falls...and the owner, staff, coaches, to the parents in attendance...were all so hospitable and friendly. Besides having a world class wrestling coach run the clinic...it was clear, this gym not only has solid technicals but also, a good culture. Ive taken my boys to several school in Miami. By far the best school. Very competitive. They go live every day which my boys like. Also, the environment and coaches are great. Awesome Awesome Awesome!

We are a jiu jitsu school in the Pinecrest / Falls area, also offering classes in judo, wrestling, and personal training. We specialize in competitive training for both kids and adults, but also have classes for the recreational practitioner. Our head jiu jitsu instructor has over 15 years of experience in both coaching and competing, our judo program is led by two judo black belts, and the wrestling classes are taught by local coaches specializing in both junior high and high school level wrestling.

Wednesday: 6:30AM - 9PM
Thursday: 7AM - 9PM
Friday: 6:30AM - 9PM
Saturday: 9AM - 2PM
Sunday: Closed
