Horrible service. They are SO rude. The dentist is extremely rude and unprofessional. My kids don't deserve to get yelled at by the dentist whether they brush daily or not. Worse experience ever.

Xenia is the most patient, sweetest, and kind hygienist I have ever experienced. My son is autistic and she took the time to give him peace to show him all the tools and how they would feel. My son even did some x-rays because of how sweet she was with him. I left with tears of happiness feeling like someone was kind to my son even when he was difficult. I recommend this place for all kids. It truly felt inclusive and pleasant. The orthodontist team is also superb, my daughter has her braces from here and so far it's going great.

I've been bringing my son to this location for YEARS. He recently had an appointment that unfortunately I was running 5minutes late for. As a courtesy, being one who works in healthcare, I wanted to notify the office that I was running 5 minutes late. The girl who answered the phone very bluntly notified me that because I was running late, I would have to reschedule his appointment. This is uncalled for, as 5 minutes does not extend the office time from closing for the day. Needless to say, I cancelled his appointment and he will not be returning to this factory of an office.
