Hired them for a deep cleaning on a house that was previously cleaned but not great I think they lied to me that they cleaned it in full because when I came back to check the places I previously checked prior to them cleaning it was still dirty and they used my cleaning supplies not what I expected I basically had to clean it myself afterwards do not recommend

If you are looking for a reliable cleaning company, this is NOT it. When you call you get a different person every time it's like a call center. They only have a price list and schedule appts but cannot answer any questions. I had questions about the service and called 4 days in a row each rep took my name and number and said the office would call me back. I needed the service so I went ahead and booked it for 1 pm. Day of appt I called 45 min ahead to find out if the person coming would call me before arriving and also wanted to know how to pay once the job was complete and I got the same robotic response "I'll have the office call you". Highly recommended! Morgan did a great job! Gave the best price (and with a big discount!), easy and smooth scheduling, and the carpets look good as new. He was also nice to talk to, very friendly and communicative. Really happy with the service and will not hesitate to call again next time we need it. Thanks again!!!
