My previous roof was in very bad shape, so my wife and I vetted several roofing companies. After various consultations for roof estimates, M3 roofing stood out from the rest! They were quick with responding to any questions I had, reasonable price, and professional. They make you feel like a friend not just a customer. The work and quality of the materials they use is superb!

M3 was not my first selection to be honest simply because, like most of us we look for the lowest quote and go from there. The first company I selected won my business providing the lowest quote with the hopes once we got down the road they would add on more cost and would feel invested or stuck. But being in south florida the first company left off hurricane strapping and the new building codes require it for permit approval. M3 included that in their initial quote making it higher at first.
