La Fitness is a great gym option with branches wherever you are located, the latest addition of Pilates Reformer is wonderful and at the Kendall West branch, Ariadna is kind, knowledgeable and empathic reformer teacher, I love her classes! Also I can confirm that the manager Bryan Vinasco is always there to help and assist us!

My daily gym, great selection of equipment and amazing staff. However, it gets packed and loud after 4pm; it also feels always hot in there. Other branches have ceiling fans all over to help with circulation; this one doesnt.
They should get rid of the middle crossfit area and add more row cable machines or leg equipment instead.
