Early 2023 I gave to the front desk clerk an inflatable red ball 21.6" diameter, because it was flat, so far never got back.In February I reported it to a "manager" or representative (forgot his name) that the yellow one is flat, Still there like an ornament.At the east side of the mezzanine by the treadmill there is a TV for 2 years out of service.The manual equipment for the weight room scattered all over the Gym representing a risk for the members.The cleaning is excellent
