Then came the design—Kookie has a true artist's eye! The style she created was absolutely stunning, and I've never felt more confident rocking my dreads. I am almost scared to even post this cause I want to be able to get in to see here without a month wait but she EARNED every ounce of this review. Kookie is the epitome of professionalism and grace. Pays attention to detail and she is a beautiful person both inside and out. Quality products, quality work, and the salon space is a gem! So pleased with my hair, it was perfect! I cannot begin to tell you how happy I am I found this salon.

I had the pleasure of visiting Kookie Salon today, as I was in need of some last minute hair styling and the owner, Kookie, was kind enough to fit me into the schedule. The salon is conveniently located in Wynwood, and is modern, clean, comfy and stocked with high quality hair and nail products (not to mention snacks and beverages for patrons). Kookie is an excellent stylist, who took her time to understand my hair needs, and styled me both on time, and with the exact look I wanted. I'm excited to come back soon!
