When I arrived to this facility, I was afraid, nervous, and severe pain in my wrist. But the staff here all treated me with such care and professionalism to make sure that I recovered physically from the injury my hand and wrist endured, and make sure that I was well taken care of. I highly recommend this place to anyone who has a broken wrist or any injury in their hands. I would like to thank all of the staff at the front desk, the physical therapy assistants, as well as all the therapists who cared for me and made it possible for me to type this review.
I had and have a great experience with my physical therapy at Kendall Hand and Physical Therapy. Staring with the Receptionist, the Therapists and the staff in general are friendly, knowledgeable, professional, empathetic, always willing to help. They really care about your needs and really know what they are doing and what is best for you. They work with you according to your doctor's instructions. My Therapist always explain the exercises I have to do and the reason why. I am feeling much better since I started with the therapy. Based on my experience, I do recommend this facility 100%.
I had two joints replaced on my right (dominant) hand on October 28th. My doctor recommended KHPT and Jim Jackson as the best hand therapist in perhaps South Florida; it was an understatement. I am finishing my third week of therapy, and my hand and the operated joints feel great. KHPT staff are friendly, knowledgeable, empathetic, and definitely know what they are doing. KHPT is highly recommended.
