Karibe Mechanical Service

Today Robert came out to assist me with my ac troubles. This guy is amazing. Knowledgeable. He even proactively brought the right parts assuming what the issue might have been (sensor issue) and fixed it right up. Took the time to check all my ac vents inside the home to make sure the right temp was coming out. Very kind man. Also Thanks to Shiloh for taking my initial call and following back up with me to ensure my appointment was set for today (same day request). Both of these guys are my hero’s. Living in Florida no ac is the worst so glad they were efficient and quick to respond.

Miguel, the technician who came to my home, was absolutely outstanding. He was extremely professional, arrived on time, and took the time to clearly explain every detail of the issue with my HVAC system in a way I could easily understand.

They were able to fix the problem on the spot, and now my HVAC is running like brand new. The difference in comfort and performance is incredible.

I am extremely satisfied with the quality of service I received and the honesty and professionalism of this company. I would highly recommend them for any HVAC issue you may have—trust me, you’ll be in excellent hands with Miguel and his team.

THIS HAS TO BE THE BEST OF THE BEST IN MIAMI. THEY WENT ABOVE AND BEYOND TO MAKE SURE OUR ISSUES WHERE RESOLVED. LUIS IS AM EXCELLENT TECHNICIAN.. HE DID AN INCREDIBLE JOB ON THE INSTALLATION..
