Waited two months before writing this review because I take reviews seriously. Miami is entering an era where it’s becoming increasingly difficult to find good people, good service, and quality workmanship especially in this industry.
After receiving referrals from my Kohler representative, I contacted two companies. The first company had many more reviews and operated on a larger scale, but after a month of back and forth communication, nothing worked out and it ended up wasting my time. That’s when I decided to go with Just 1 Plumbing. At the time, they had fewer than 40 reviews, but I’m so glad I made that choice.
Everything went well. Gerald showed up on time both days, worked efficiently and cleaned up afterwords. Made sure everything worked. Franco worked with his schedule to make sure somebody was available as soon as possible. Would definitely recommend.

Excellent service! Franco effectively communicated with building manager and myself to get the job done. Gerald did an excellent job. Both Franco and Gerald, el flaco, were very professional, polite and efficient. I strongly recommended Just 1 Plumbing. Thank you!
