Appointments are generally prompt, with patients rarely experiencing wait times exceeding thirty minutes; one patient didn't have to wait at all. From the moment I arrived, everything was excellent. The parking attendants, the receptionist, and the doctor’s nurse were all friendly and professional, creating a very welcoming environment. I was seen right at the time of my appointment, which I really appreciated. The dermatologist, Dr. Camacho impressed me with the thoroughness of the exam, he carefully checked all of my skin, something I had never experienced before at other offices. The staff in the lobby was courteous. However, the staff in the office and the MA were horrible and extremely unfriendly. I said good morning twice and it was not acknowledged. Dr. Camacho took his time and explained everything. Too bad his staff is so unfriendly.
