Undoubtedly, I can assert that this was the most disappointing experience I have encountered. They not only overlooked their errors concerning the order, but the very expensive windows I purchased was incomplete. They provided me with PGT workmanship that included fewer windows than my order specified. Consequently, we are now compelled to reach out to a reputable company to resolve this issue.
