Luis Santana did all my previous piercings and is always professional, informative, quick and easy.
I came back today to redo my nose piercing. Again Luis was informative on the deal they had today, he was kind and patient, checked to make sure I liked the placement, and informed me of after care and recommended which saline solution to buy.

Lol I was impressed how quick this service was, I mean I shouldn't be surprised because this is Miami we are talking about!! Although I'm a deaf gal, the piercer did it in a literal second I loved it lol. However I just wished he asked if I liked the exact placement, I would have asked to put it little close to my face but can't really complain!! Thank you Luis! Will be checking this spot out for tattoos in the future though
Today my oldest son got his 1st tattoo & the employees were so nice. The shop is clean and definitely a good vibe. Ronald(tattoo artist)did a job on my son tats. He is satisfied.
