I had a really good experience at Icon Medical Clinic after my accident. I went there for 25 therapy sessions, and everybody was always super nice and welcoming every single time I came in. They really made me feel comfortable during the whole process. Something that was really special to me was how much they loved my baby. They basically watched him grow up while I was going there, from not being able to walk yet to taking his first steps. That honestly meant a lot to me and made the place feel very warm and personal. I had an excellent experience here. The staff was extremely professional, kind, and attentive, making me feel very well cared for throughout my visit. The therapeutic massage and chiropractic adjustment were both high quality and helped significantly with my neck pain. I truly appreciated the level of care and professionalism provided. Highly recommend.
Amazing! They really helped me to recover following a motor vehicle accident. All of the staff are very kind , helpful and truly care about you. Most importantly, they are extremely flexible with scheduling, I ran late or adjusted my appointment time almost every time and they accommodated me every time without any hesitation. Everyone knows what they’re doing and is very friendly but Amanda is especially sweet and is always happy to chat to help pass time while doing the stretching. You can’t go wrong with Icon!
