If you haven’t tried CST, it’s a must- and it must be by someone so well trained and passionate! It has changed my health and my body, and become a staple in my life. Update on my review - Never been much of a fan of weighing myself but Mary suggested I get a scale so we keep track. In 2.5 days I lost almost 10POUNDS water weight. Pic attached. Numbers don't like!!!
