******My father got cancer and was neglected by Ms. Hoover. We found out too late and he unfortunately passed away****

I previously left this review approximately five years ago, and it was removed, so I am posting it again.

My father was a patient of Dr. Keila Hoover and repeatedly brought a concerning discoloration on his nail to her attention. Despite the fact that it persisted and continued to change over time, he was repeatedly told that it was a fungus. This continued for approximately an entire year without the appropriate diagnosis or a referral to a dermatologist.

I had a very disappointing experience at Keila Hoover’s clinic. During my visits, I never saw a physician and was attended only by nurse practitioners. The follow-up care was poor because I was assigned a different provider each time, making it difficult to receive consistent treatment or clear answers.

I expected better communication, continuity of care, and transparency about who would be providing my medical treatment. Unfortunately, I would not recommend this clinic based on my experience.
