I had a very disappointing experience at Keila Hoover’s clinic. During my visits, I never saw a physician and was attended only by nurse practitioners. The follow-up care was poor because I was assigned a different provider each time, making it difficult to receive consistent treatment or clear answers.

I expected better communication, continuity of care, and transparency about who would be providing my medical treatment. Unfortunately, I would not recommend this clinic based on my experience.

By far the worst practice I’ve been to. I’ve been requesting records along with Baptist and they’ve neglected to provide the records. Every time I call I get a different person and a different excuse. They have not followed up regarding the matter. I am at my wits end with this place!
