In January I went after they didn't give me my medications in December and they only sent me medication for my blood pressure which I suffer from for 7 days when refills are for three months and they never found the medications sent previously. A disaster. I am getting the medication through another means by payingIt is awful. I'm waiting to see if I go to another clinic because I'll never go there again.

Horrible! If I can give a zero stars I would. I went in for routine check ups and specifically mentioned to SEVERAL staff including the doctor that I did not want anything done that was not included in the preventive care included in the insurance. They all assured me all labs that they were doing were included in the preventive care. A month later I have several bills totaling $350 the lab is charging me. I called the doctors and they’re not taking responsibility nor admitting they added lab works I specifically did not want it asked for. I strongly advise avoiding this place altogether. They misled me, suggesting that my insurance was the cause of insufficient coverage. I had an ultrasound scheduled, but just before the procedure, one of their coordinators informed me that my insurance wouldn't cover it. Following a discussion, their office coordinator proposed that I pay out of pocket and assured me they'd refund the money once I resolved the insurance issue. However, upon contacting my insurance provider, I discovered that the clinic had actually dropped my insurance, leading to the coverage problem.
