I’ve been going here for over a year now and every time I’ve gone has been a great experience; everyone there from the stylists to the clients make you feel so welcomed. I have done balayages, haircuts, and hair plastic surgery with Karina. She always makes sure to really listen to what I want out of my hair and is very communicative about pricing and the possibilities of what can happen with my hair. I got ran over by a car earlier in the day and really didn’t feel myself because of it. Decided to then get pampered at hidden Gem by Gio and I feel rejuvenated, honestly healed afrer giving my hair the most beautiful makeover. I am so happy and confident now, thank you for your magic Giovanny.
Absolutely loved my experience as a first time customer!! The opportunity to do a consultation and get an estimate over text was a game changer as a mom to an infant. Izzy was incredible!
