This was my second appointment with Leonardo and he did an excellent job. Two weeks ago I went in for a haircut and happened to get Leo. He replicated the photo I showed him perfectly. It’s exactly what I wanted so I thought that’s it. This is my new guy. Today I went in to get my roots done and he matched the color perfectly. He is such a sweet soul. Also my shampoo was extra thorough. I even bought the products he used in my hair and I never buy products in the salon. He didn’t push them on me and that is why I did. Thank you Leo!

Adriana was great!! Asked me if I needed any product and offered me some extra services that I could have benefited from. She displayed an attention to detail thats rarely present in a hair salon. Brava!!

I want to recognize Adriana, stylist and salon manager at HC Biscayne, for the extraordinary care and compassion she showed me during a very difficult experience with my hair.

About a month ago, I had a perm package done at the salon that unfortunately left my hair with a much tighter curl than I wanted, as well as extremely dry and damaged. Adriana genuinely cared about what had happened and immediately focused on trying to help. She personally made sure I received four complimentary Olaplex treatments, doing everything possible to restore and save my hair.
