Graciela did an incredible job with my highlights and color, and I am a very picky person when it comes to picking a hair stylist. She understood exactly what I was looking for in terms of picking colors that would compliment my skin tone, and she added hair smoothing products free of charge that left my hair feeling and smelling wonderful. I highly recommend this place, and I was also able to get an appointment the same day of calling.

I had called this salon to schedule an appt for hair extensions. When I spoke to her she seemed a bit arrogant but I don't want to judge. Who knows? Maybe she had a bad day. I told her I'd come in the following Tuesday because she doesn't quote hair extensions over the phone. I said okay I'll be there Tuesday. I show up Tuesday and the salon is closed. Mind you, the salon sign light says it's open and it's says it's open Monday through Saturday. I called her and left her a message but as of now she hasn't returned my call. Therefore, in my opinion, if you are going to tell a client to come to your business you need to make sure it's open. This isn't quality business for me and you shouldn't play with your clients like that. Maybe she is good at what she does but first impressions matter.Response to owner: who would take a break or step out knowing that they have an appointment at a certain time? Makes no sense. I did setup an appointment and as the owner of your establishment is should be honored. This doesn't justify the action. You don't honor appointments than there's no respect towards clients.

I was told to visit this beautiful place, I am happy, with the work they did to my hair, I am not one to give my hair to anyone so easily and believe me you can trust the marvelous hands of these people, happy with the result, they have gained one more client, God bless this place

Graciela is so nice and takes the time to explain everything to you so you understand what's being done and what you can expect. I had a hair treatment which contains no formaldehyde which is what caught my attention and I went to her. It's so important to avoid harsh chemicals like formaldehyde which irritate your eyes and smell soo bad. I attached before and after pics the difference is amazing ! My hair feels so soft and looks so healthy I wish I would've taken even better pictures for you to see how great it looks but, she is so knowledgeable don't hesitate going to her.

I had gone to the salon I have been going for years, not knowing it was closed today.. so I happen to run into Gracielas Beauty Salon recommendation here on Yelp. OMG I am soooo happy I did! Graciela did an ammmazing job. She is sooo good at what she does!! I went for a cut, dye and blow... wow! The color was on point! The haircut was perfect and her product line... I'm in love with! This was my first visit and definitely not my last! I will bring my daughter next time around and definitely treat myself with her hair mask from her product line! Super happy!!!

I have done done my hair with Graciela for years. She has a gifted hand. Her work is impecable and her professionalism is key. Graciela make herself available for whenever her clients need her. She works around your schedule and never tells you no. Anyone that sits in her chair will be happy they did and guaranteed you will be back.

We visited the newly opened salon and had a great experience today. My daughter was serviced by Graciela and her daughter, whom both took great care of her hair. She did an anti-frizz treatment with natural products and my daughter was thrilled with her results. The salon is clean and located in a convenient location. We will definitely be returning soon. We were very happy to have found this place!
