My father passed away last year in June. It was his wish to be buried here, where he laid his mother to rest.
Jurggen deserves 10-STARS. He assisted my sister and me throughout the entire process. We were extremely satisfied and grateful for his service, kindness and candor. He really went above and beyond expectations. If it weren't for him, there would hardly be any 5-star reviews for this cemetery.

Even thought it was a very sad time.. Jurggen Martinez went out of his way to help us in this difficult time! He gives an extraordinary customer service. He is available and responds to the messages. I recommend him highly. Thank you

Jurrgen Martínez is amazing to work with. His customer service with my family during the planning and execution of the interment process and has been phenomenal. He is very professional and very empathetic and has a sincere understanding of how to deal with grieving families needing services. I highly recommend Jurrgen at Graceland Memorial Park North for any estate needs.
